President's report - many new member apps submitted all are approved pending payment of dues

	Regular attendance for Morse code classes needs to be common.  Please attend.

VP Report - Puerto Rican app submitted
	
	The Rack meeting was attended by Jeff.  Nothing important happened.

	New DX QSL cards were received.

	CW filters are working.

Secretary Report/Treasurer 
	
	State of the funds was given.

Vec Report

	No turnout for testing due to no listing with the ARRL  Bobbie will be working on fixing it.

	Possibly changing the test to a weekday.  

	Motion made by Bobbie to move the testing to the fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm

	Need to fill out a postal change for club mailings so that they don't go to Bobbie

General Discussion

	Tax form for write-offs.  Two options.  Mike suggests paying $150 and can receive up to 10,000 in 		donations.  

	Motion made to pay the $150 fee.  Motion seconded and passed.

	Mark Alexander was asked to reset the utarc e-mail password.  No change yet.

	Antenna needs to be unplugged during lightning storms

	Check with mike Gardner about lightning arrestors and grounding.

	The shack needs to be painted.  Discussion at a later time

	Logo contest winner with the best logo gets a free t-shirt with the logo.  Deadline April 2

	Motion made to keep officers as they are.  Seconded and passed.

	Activity meeting falls on spring break.  All members who wish to contact Dan and mike in the 		Bahamas and Jeff in California should e-mail the chat list to set up a sked on that day

	Skywarn meeting Saturday at 10:00 at the Red Cross bldg. on Middlebrook

	Need a display board.  Suggestion made to digitally make one and have UT print it out.
