-We got the rig back

-Coax is almost there you can see it.

-Got a call from electrical engineering They said everything is ready. 
The coax is waiting to be run to the window.  

-Switch is not needed.  

-Tuner needs to be cleaned and fixed

-Stuff in front of the window needs to be moved for the cable entry.

-Lightning safety of the antenna was discussed.
-The coax should be unplugged during storms to ensure maximum safety

-Recording Qsos and making them available to the general public in
digital format was discussed. (read the VolDX)

-We need to digitize our past logs

General Discussion- 

-License testing books- possible library ordering

-Club elections form submitted

-Password to the UTARC e-mail account to be changed


-Printing the VolDX front page and putting it in lounges around campus
for recruitment.

-t-shirts - $5 per shirts we provide the shirts and design. They can be
personalized.

-5013c form needs to be filed.

-Activity meetings--idea meetings on the third Thursday of the month in
the shack.  Voluntary attendance 6:30

-Need paint for the shack.

-The shack needs to be spiffed up.   !!!!
